Delivery Terms, Conditions & Schedule
Once I verify your order and approve your payment, processing begins. This takes approximately 3 – 5 business days – not including weekends or holidays.
After processing, I ship the orders from My Art For Kids located in Bulgaria. If an invalid address was provided at the time of order, you will receive an email requesting a new address to ship to which may prolong processing times.

4. Drop off at the carrier’s office & receiving your tracking number
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped including the tracking number plus the link of the carrier. Orders are shipped via different carriers depending on the specific region/country: Bulgarian Post Office, Bulpost carrier, DHL or FedEx; Speedy, Econt, for Bulgaria and Europe.
