Sometimes you come upon something so cool and amazing that you know it is something that will stay with you for a long time either in your home or in your imagination. A little creature called cankerworm has climbed all the way up to the 17th floor to say “Hi”. Krisi and Bobi were terrified, shocked and at the same time intrigued to find who was that.
-Bobiiiiii! Looook, “something”! What is it?!
-Don’t know, Krisi, but I am scared…haven’t seen such a thing never. I think it looks like the one with the shell.
– No, Bobi. That was a snail, remember – the snail after the rain. I think this one is came from the TV. It was in the TV and then jumped out of it because the TV is too small and there is no space for it.
– Oh, yes! You are right. Let’s call mom and tell her that this creature is alive and can jump around and creep and scramble. It may even enter some of her paintings! Let’s warn her!
And – yes! The little thing has jumpred into mom’s painting – it saw an apple! And it doesn’t look so scary now. In fact it is sweet, cute and is smiling at us 🙂
This adorable artpiece is called “The cankerworm with the apple”. It is 40 cm high and its width is 40 cm. The idea of it was a cute little cankerworm creeping on the floor of my apartment. I still keep wondering where did it come from and why did it climb the 17th floor of my building. Was it to scare Krisi and Bobi or just to jump up in my head and then on my canvas?
The painting is stretched so you don’t need to go and stretch or install it on a canvas or board. If you need an advice concerning the frame type and color, please feel free to contact me any time! “The cankerworm with the apple” looks great on every wall color! It is the perfect gift for occasions such as birthday, a new kids’ room, a baby shower or just to say “hey, life is so fun!”
