Lets go to the village!

Some say it takes a village to raise a child. I say that it takes a playground, green fields, cute sheep with a shepherd, vehicles, flowers or just a backyard – nature. This is what childhood should be about: having fun outdoors, going on adventures, exploring nature. I hope that through my art I instill a love for nature in the kids. This way they could become keepers of its beauty and value for years and generations to come. Many young children spend long hours indoors – at home or in child care. Nature art provides the light indoors and it is the primary source of artistic inspirations from time immemorial. All the colors in my art can be found in the natural world. With my paintings I am not trying to replace outdoor activities. On the contrary, I am trying to bring them at home and to make home a better place for kids. Nature art for children generates a love of nature, a love of learning and creativity. Art develops the willingness to explore the unseen in real life. It awakens the senses for beauty. It opens the hearts and minds and fuels the imagination. In art children see the magic they are looking for in the real life.
All of the paintings in this project represent landscapes, flowers, earth, trees – inspired by the rural life!
